Laundry getting washed, folded and put away on the same day! This didn't happen around here for months. I could get it washed and dried on my normal day (Monday) but it usually sat in baskets until Allen folded it for me (on about Thursday).

Meal planning and cooking! Yay! It feels great to be back in my kitchen and feeding my family healthy meals again. I'm especially enjoying all of the fall baking this year. Last year I was on my crazy strict diet and did virtually no baking all fall so I'm totally living it up this year! {And next year I'll have to be good again while I lose baby weight}
Scrapbooking! I'm so happy to have enough energy to be getting back into a few hobbies. I scrapped TWELVE pages this week and am happily completely caught up on my kids' school scrapbooks! Next up is getting my 365 blog updated this weekend.
This fall is shaping up to be INSANELY busy. My bestie (Mindy) is getting married in two weeks so we are making a QUICK trip to Utah for her wedding. We are thrilled to pieces for her and love her fiance Erik.

This fall is shaping up to be INSANELY busy. My bestie (Mindy) is getting married in two weeks so we are making a QUICK trip to Utah for her wedding. We are thrilled to pieces for her and love her fiance Erik. The very next weekend Allen and I will be boarding this:

And heading to places like this:

(One of our ports - St. Maarten, Virgin Islands) as an early 10 year anniversary trip. We are so excited but I have A LOT to do to get ready for my parents to come and care for my kiddos that week.
We also have all of our traditional fall activities - apple picking, state fair, pumpkin patch, balloon fiesta - to squeeze in to the remaining weekends. Carter starts football this week and the girls have started their dance and gymnastics classes. I have some decorating and sewing projects up my sleeve (including DARLING Halloween costumes - yes, I am a glutton for punishment!!) and am pulling out my fall decor bins to start decorating around here this weekend!
Ok, that's about it from around here! I'll be back with more soon!

Just to make you feel better about yourself, my laundry has never been washed, folded and put away on the same day for as long as I can remember. I have also never been successful at menu planning. You are just too much woman! Oh yeah, and the only scrapbooking I have done for my kids is about 1 year for Spencer and a few months for Morgan. Zero for the other 2. Am I pathetic? Haha, oh well, you should feel great about yourself domestic goddess!
One question though- for your kids school scrapbooks, what size pages do you use? Also, I have been interested in doing digital scrapbooking but don't really know where to start- what program do you use? How can I get started?
Looks like you'll be boarding that ship in the nick of time! I didn't know the "24 week rule" on cruise ships when I was 28 weeks pregnant with Lacey. We flew to Puerto Rico to go on a Southern Caribbean Cruise and I was told you can't board the ship unless you are less than 24 weeks pregnant and have a note from your doctor verifying it. Rats! We spent a nice week in San Juan after watching our cruise ship sail away without us :( I hope you are feeling wonderful and have a fabulous trip!
So what dance class did you get Makenna in? We still haven't started Katie's, so let me know.
Oh, laundry is lucky to be washed and folded. Put away is hit and miss. And I am not even preggo.
I agree with Camille. YOu are the domestic Goddess!! I have seen your house. A-Mazing!!
What a fun anniversary! Maybe Brian and I will do that in a couple years!
So glad you are feeling better!!
Even at 19 weeks pregnant, you are the most energetic, organized, ambitious, and amazing person I know!
I tried to view a bigger size of your menu calendar, so that I could steal some of your menus. I am always looking for new recipes.
I don't know how you do it all! Hope you have a wonderful fall!
Have you ever been this sick before? I always feel really good while I'm pregnant and even then it takes everything I've got to stay on top of things. I'm so glad you are feeling better! I can't wait to see what you are having!
And a cruise? Holy cow. I'm jealous. I think we went to dinner with the kids on our 10th anniversary, LOL. My life is sad.
Yippee for feeling better - that is always such a welcome relief. You are faring better with your laundry than I am... ;)
I'm toto jealous of your fun cruise! (well, jealous of your ports, I'm to susceptible to seasickness to really want to cruise) That will so fun for you two. I'm impressed you are menu planning AND sbing. Are you nesting already? lol!
I'm glad you are feeling better - the first trimester wipes you out! When is the BIG ultrasound??? I am dying!
And SUPER jealous of your 10 year anniversary getaway...we were going to do that, but I wimped out (again) and now we'll probably go to Disney with the kids instead...hey, it's less sad then Andrea, lol.
