I really wanted some greens and blues and this is what I chose using my limited shopping resources. I picked the fabric and my wonderful mom did the sewing (bless you mother!!). Reason # 1 billion why I love having neutral furniture - if I get bored, I switch up my pillows, add a throw and have an entirely new look. I'm also in the market for a new LR rug but have yet to find what I'm looking for. The orange pillows will be making a comeback sometime in the fall{because I still love them}.
I also did a new centerpiece for my dining room table:
I am in LOVE with the wheat grass in my white bowl. So easy, so fresh, so cheap and pretty much impossible to screw up!
Giveaway Winner: Thanks so much for playing along with my giveaway. I have a whole bunch of new things to try and I'm excited! I had Allen draw the winner and he chose #9 - my cutie, patootie friend and former mission companion, Lizzy!
Also, I'll be doing another favorite things post soon and will highlight a few recipes that I've tried lately!

Oh, it is my lucky day! I can't believe I actually won! I kept checking last night to see if the winner had been posted yet. Thank you! Thank you!
Oh your pillows are gorgeous - I'm trying to find some for the basement and keep looking on Etsy...makes me wish I could sew!
Your centerpiece is adorable too, I love that little bunny.
Thanks for the "pink dust" you tucked in the card, every little bit helped :)
I am so over my house--I don't do anything to it anymore and then I come to your blog and get so sad, LOL. I thought it was because I had four kids but I guess you've blown that excuse out of the water. Darn. Must be I'm lazy. Everything looks beautiful. I wish I could come over and admire it IRL. And steal your baby. :)
Ooh, I'm toto smitten with your Spring decor! I really, really, really wish we were neighbors. Sigh... The pillows are perfection, and I am with you on the grass - so fun! You have a gift and an eye. Love!
I remember that cross stitch! I still love that frame. I'm going to have to try that wheat! Actually, I'm going to have to try lots of things now that my new calling is RS monthly meeting coordinator. How's that for reliving the past?
