I've heard this countless number of times from Carter lately. Today he came out of quiet time with his new suitcase and said, "Mom, I just have one thing to tell you. I'm ready to go to Arizona. I am completely packed." I asked him what he had packed in his suitcase. He replied, "A lot of shorts, two toys, my pirate hat, my swords and all of my Valentines from preschool."
There you have it folks. If only life were that simple.

what a great packer. give him some packing tape and a box and let him go at it. At least he knows he's going to need lots and lots of shorts!
