BB Cream:
Have you guys been using this? It's a combination moisturizer/sunscreen/foundation product. It's seriously my favorite product ever and available at all price points. I've tried a few and Dr. Jart ($34) is my favorite but is more pricey so I tried the Garnier ($10) and it works well too! It gives my skin such a pretty glow and I even use it in place of my morning moisturizer!
Essie Polishes:
I have been trying to do more nails at home instead of at a salon and these are my favorite polishes. Right now I'm loving this copper penny color, it's kind of a rose-y gold and so pretty. I like to finish nails off with Seche Vite dry fast top coat. This is especially handy if you have girls who love to have their nails done too. I get my polishes at Target.
Naked Palletes:
Allen got me the Naked Palletes for Christmas and I cannot say enough about my love for them. The eye shadows are neutral but they are so pretty and there a ton of eye makeup tutorials out there using these. I have tried some really fun combinations and there seem to be endless options even with neutrals. He picked mine up at Ulta but I know Sephora carries these too.
Trader Joe's Honey Mango Cream Shave:
I've got to say that I generally hate shaving products. They make my skin super itchy and irritated so I have just used bar soap to shave for years and years. A couple years ago a friend recommended the TJ cream shave. I was super skeptical but since it is cheap (about $4) I thought I'd give it a shot. I LOVE this stuff!! It smells great and is super moisturizing and does not irritate my skin. What's not to love about Trader Joe's?
Foot File:
A few years ago my friend Mindy told me she'd never had a pedicure. I couldn't believe it and thought she must have some great secret to keeping her feet in good shape on her own. For my birthday that year she sent me a package that included a foot file and recommended that I use it every day after my shower. I couldn't believe it but it worked miracles on my feet. I think the key is to use it every single day. This is a very inexpensive product (about $3 at Target) that gives great results!
So there you go! A few of my current favorite go-to products. Leave a comment with a beauty product you love and I'll enter you into the Giveaway and maybe help you ward off some mid-winter blues. Included in your package will be a bottle of the TJ shave cream, a foot file, a bottle of Essie polish, my favorite lipgloss and I'll probably sneak in some yummy chocolate too! I'll leave comments open until Friday (Feb. 1)

How am I the first commenter? Yes, please! I always trust your advice on this sort of stuff. Miss you, friend!
I have two products I love:
1. Smashbox photo finish foundation primer in the green tint. It knocks down the ruddiness in my cheeks and makes my foundation glide on and stay perfect all day.
2. The Body Shop Coconut Body Butter. Feels like Hawaii in a rich, decadent cream. I got a mini tub of it for Christmas and I'm hooked!!
I've been afraid to try BB cream! I don't know why! I'm glad the Garnier works just as well as the expensive stuff!
I love the Naked Pallets too! But the last year or two my favorite thing has been the Garnier Skin Renew Eye roller for the little lines that have started to show up around my eyes (yikes!)!
Thanks for the winter pick me up!
That is so good to know about the foot file! I'm so glad you shared that. Speaking of feet, my favorite thing is the Body Shop's Peppermint cooling foot lotion. It is my favorite. And Steve's favorite too :-)

You are so cute! I need a pick me up, especially today since I get to go shovel snow. Darn traveling husband :) I am wanting to try new products thanks for the info!
Always love a pick-me-up! Rain or shine, winter or summer.
I Love BURT'S BEES original chap stick. I ALWAYS have 2. One for my purse another for my bathroom for morning and nighttime use. They have lots of flavors. I should venture out and try a different kind. I also just started to use their moisturizer but still too early to tell if I love it or not.
Hope all is well! Loved your Christmas card, I didn't do any :( I kept telling myself to "let it go " "don't stress" so that's what happend.
Take care. Happy Tuesday to you:)
Mememememeeeeeeee. I would love all these things.
Thank you for this wonderful post. You always have the best beauty suggestions (and giveaways too).
I like using coconut oil as a moisturizer for my entire body after showering.
I love this kind of post... Definitely will try a few of these! I love benefits they're real mascara.... Love. I also love the emjoi micro pedi for feet and suave (really!) dry shampoo....
I'm afraid to admit it but I don't really use anything other than soap and toothpaste. I do use vasaline for dry lips and dry patches of skin. I'll have to try the BB cream. It sounds good.
Yay, pick me! I love Bare Minerals makeup, but other than that I'm not too picky. I really want to try that face cream, though!
My friend introduced me to ecotools eye makeup nbrushes, and I am seriously i love with them! They are awesome for so many reasons (great price, great quality, eco friendly, easy to use, adore them. Fun blog giveaway! I miss the glory days of blogging.
I sort of don't really have a beauty product I'm totally loyal to...or that many beauty products I actually use. Does that mean I'm going to be a wrinkly, rough leather bag pretty soon? Hm...
I do use Aveeno Positively Radiant daily facial moisturizer, and Aveeno unscented Daily Moisturizing Lotion. I'm so boring. I just can't do the super perfumy lotions because of sensitive skin. And I don't wear makeup besides eye shadow, eye liner, mascara. So. I guess I'm an Aveeno girl.
I always look forward to your giveaways--so much fun, and such great stuff! I love the color of that nail polish!
Aveeno daily moisturizer is my favorite beauty product. It is the best moisturizer ever.
Hi Monique, a pick me up is great, with all the snow and cold here I feel like I need an igloo. I love my olay exfoliating brush, I use it will all types of cleaners, my boys just think it tickles and like to hear it whirl and push the on button again and again.. Sometime when you head to Utah, we'd love to catch up, Janene
fun products. throw my name in the pool. would love a little pick-me-up. :)
Am I too late? I love vaseline. Haha. That was all I could use on my skin for about 6 months when I was doing all the allergy testing and stuff. I haven't tried BB Cream, but I do have a tinted moisturizer that I like. My favorite thing right now is Body Shop's Satsuma body butter.
I love Bag Balm Ointment. Who cares it was originally intended for cow udders, it works great on cracked feet. I also love MAC Goldmine eye shadow. I mix it with and use it with lots of looks.
I'm probably too late, but my girls and I love the EOS lip balm. Thanks for the post. I'll be trying some of these soon!
Monique, we have similar skin tones. Which Dr. Jart BB cream do you use? I've been reading reviews and looking online, but am not sure which one to try. This is Kerry, by the way. And I'm not asking cuz of the freebie. :)
