Ok, sorry for the lack of Addison pictures. I have had so many phone calls/emails about getting more pictures of her up. I am taking LOTS of pictures, I assure you. However, a few days ago we finally got around to buying an external hard drive to back up our pictures. But then Allen decided to back up the ENTIRE computer. And it has been backing up for the past two days so I have no way to get pictures onto the blog. Coming soon, I promise.
In other news, my mom is in the hospital. She began having back pain as soon as she got back to Denver earlier this week. The doctor thought she had a kidney stone but after lots of tests they actually found that she has a blood clot in her kidney. It has been an emotional week around here. She will lose the use of her kidney and her doctors are waiting for her functioning kidney to handle everything for her body before they send her home. It is a long process. Hopefully she will be home by the weekend. We'd appreciate all the prayers for her we can get.
I'll be back soon...

Wow - how scary! I hope she is OK. Please keep us posted.
I'm so sorry about you Mom. I hope she can come home soon and start feeling better.
Oh Monique, that's scary about your mom, prayers and hugs!!!
Can't wait for the new pictures of Addison.
Sorry to hear about your mom! I'll keep you all in my prayers!
I'm so sorry! I hope she makes a quick recovery.
Wow, how scary for your mom! I hope everything is OK soon. If it had to happen, though, it's good that it happened once she got home, instead of when she was still there.
Oh, Monique, I'm sorry to hear about your Mom. I hope she has a quick recovery. It's hard to shoulder news like that when you are still recovering emotionally from childbirth... I'm sure everything will work out.
oh, no! I'm so glad they figured it out quickly and she's getting the treatment she needs. I'm so sorry, I bet you are so worried and stressed. Prayers!
I'll echo everyone else - hope your mom is well and at home. How scary! Who knew you could just get a kidney blood clot? Our bodies are such amazing things, but when things go wrong, it's so hard to understand why it is happening . . . I'll say prayers!!
