Christmas Eve dinner with a few friends from our ward plus my younger brother. Fun times! We are grateful to have already made some great friends here. We had our traditional meal of homemade soups and breads.
Christmas morning before the unwrapping frenzy. I couldn't get C to take a straight faced picture. He was much too excited to put up with my picture taking antics.
Makenna in some of her many dress ups she received. She is a hoot scooting around in her little high heels with her jewlery, purses and sometimes a feather boa.
Everytime Carter was asked what he wanted for Christmas this year, he said that he wanted a Lightning McQueen helmet. So here it is! In all actuality, this was not his favorite present. His favorite was the book "There's a Nightmare in my Closet" by Mercer Mayer. We've read it at least 100 times in the last week and he carries it everywhere.
We've had such a nice holiday season and an especially fun Christmas day with my brother and parents here.

Looks like you guys had a great Christmas. Very adorable kids. I just love both of them. Love their PJ's. And you got a new kitchen table? Looks great!
