Just a few funny things a la Carter this week that I just don't want to forget.
1. While in Canada, the Concierge at our hotel gave the kids some stickers. Carter got a sheet of Star Wars stickers. And then proceeded to call them "Star Horse" stickers for the next 3 days. Seriously, you just can't correct something like that because it is SO FUNNY.
2. Yesterday on the way to pick up Al from work (still only have a rental car...grrr..), Carter was snacking on some Craisins. Then he told me that he swallowed the craisins and then spit them back up. I asked him why, concerned that maybe he was not feeling well and needed some attention. But then he said, "so I can be like a cow. They swallow their food and then spit it back up to digest it." Then he explained to me all about how cows have seven stomachs. True story.
3. Today as we were driving Al to work Carter started listing all the "guys" he wants to be like. The list went, "Spiderman, Batman, Hult (aka Hulk), Batman, Black Spiderman, Captain America...." Guess what his current obsession is?

I had the funniest dream about you and Carter last night, and it was totally random, but I think it was induced by this post (I read it yesterday). In the dream you sent out an 'Annual Carter Card" instead of a X-mas card. You wrote that you wanted to tell everyone how he was the funniest, smartest kid ever, etc. It makes me laugh thinking about it!
Where did he learn about the cows? That is so funny.
I'm wondering the same thing as your friend Mindy...preschool maybe?
I love hearing these things, they totally remind me of Aiden. She has always called Star Wars "Nors Hors". Anyway, hope you guys are doing well in AZ!!
