Holiday Dance Recital

Here's a video clip of Makenna's first ever dance recital. It is pretty hilarious and cute. All these little girls are two and under (she is the oldest in the class). Enjoy!!

A few post recital pictures. With the flower Daddy gave her:

The holiday recital is really informal without costumes, etc. but it was adorable. I even got teary (dang hormones again) thinking how this will be first of many dance performances we will go to supporting our girls. Al could not have been a more proud Daddy - it was really sweet.

Seriously about the cutest thing EVER!!! I can assure you I will be teary at Isabel's first recital, and I won't even be pregnant! (I plan to start her in the fall; she's a bit too obstinate still, but she did love watching your video - she calls them "little dancing girls"). LOVE that Al gave her a flower. So fun! Makenna looks like she is loving her class.

She's a natural!!! Super cute! She did much better than the girls at their Christmas program, my girls were the kids that just stood there wondering what was going on!

Yup, I think we are going to have to start the dance thing too!!!

Oh, my!

Is this de-ja vu, or what?

I loved Makenna's "in your face" stage-front ending. Kinda of like, have you noticed me yet? Just in case, I'm going to make sure!

The teacher tried to control--but the Frost/Baldwin enthusiasm wasn't to be thwarted!

Does Carter know how many recitals he's going to sit (suffer?) through in the years to come?

Congrats to a darling GDaughter!

Love it!

PS Allen got it right with the flower. Just wait until only FLOWERSSS will be sufficient!!! And then, maybe a figurine or something, too!

That was way cute! Brinley and Maddie are telling me right now that they want to see her again. We loved seeing her and miss her tons. What time did you wake up this morning? I slept in until 8 am! It was great!

SOOOO CUTE! I can't get over the tiny little two year olds, that is wild that they are able to start so young! Lots of credit to their teacher! Makenna did a great job, and those pictures with Al are the sweetest - I loved how he was cheering for her too!

Monique, my dad always bought me a flower for my dance recitals and concerts, and Mom's kept it going from there. I think that's awesome that Al's carrying that tradition on. What a sweetheart.

Thanks for Makenna's dance, cute Christmas tree etc. Kids' rooms look great and Carter's racing stripes are straight! It was fun to help Al and you mark lines despite his attention the laptop audio of BYU's win over Utah! I can't wait to see Carter with Christmas toys. Love you - Mom Frost
