Rocket Man
I've mentioned before that Carter has recently gotten into space/astronomy/rockets, etc. Like he is OBSESSED with it. We have a whole slew of solar system books in the rotation and he begs and begs to watch the educational videos about space every day on National Geographic (and really, who am I to complain?) His arsenal of space facts is really pretty astounding!

Monique, we really do need to live near each other again. Eric doesn't know life with out the solar system, supernovas, Mars rover, etc. They would have a wonderful time together!! Yes, he LOVES Star Wars, but the real deal stuff is loved too. Just tonight in the car with a friend, somehow the space subject was started so Eric starts talking all about Mercury. About halfway through the kid says, "What's Mercury?" I guess there are other subjects to be interested in as a 5 year old!
Anyway, the bedding is fabulous too!

my brother was always obsessed with space and my folks sent him to space camp when he was like 10 or something. highlight of his life I think. better start looking at telescopes for x-mas!
