Back to School: Idea 1
Ok, so I've seen school related tshirts all over the web and in various catalogs and think it's a cute idea. But, of course, I was not about to pay $30 for a tshirt. So I made my own. They didn't turn out quite as I imagined but for $3 per shirt (the price of the tshirt at Wal Mart), they're pretty fun anyway. They took me all of about 5 minutes to make!
And, here's my new pillows in the living room. I think it still needs some extra pillows (Allen will die when he reads this).I'm thinking about getting the orange or red in the longer/skinnier pillow. Thoughts?!?

i say go for the orange. It's my new fav decorating color, I can't seem to get enough. (that and the green). I think it would be great with your color scheme, add a little punch, and if i'm remembering, don't your family room rugs have some of those colors in them too? I know they're a separate room ,but it would tie nicely from room to room.
where do you have your piano? is it in the living room too? I need some 'room to room' flow shots. I cant imagine the layout of your house for some reason. seems like you've got most of your first floor done though right? maybe you need to do a tour just for me :)

Those sure are super cute! And your pillow are tdf! I am obsessed with that burnt orange color lately. I just got a bunch of new pillows/throws to bring that color into my living room.
