10.2!!

I said I would update with my WW progress after a month. Last night was my 4 week mark on the program and I am thrilled to report that I am down 10.2 pounds!! I am really happy with my rate of losing and feel like I am making good, healthy changes in my life. Now, somehow people got the idea that I need to lose 15 pounds. Um, no. I need to lose my baby weight and then an ADDITIONAL 15 pounds to get to where I was before I started having kids. I am setting mini goals along the way too. My goal this month was to get back into some of my clothes before our Disneyland trip and I made it with time to spare!

I'll report in another 4 weeks!

Congrats! That's so great and I am very proud of you! Good Luck at Disneyland because there are many, many yummy things to eat there! Remember to get the Dole Pineapple Float at the Tiki show in Adventureland. YUMMO!

Congrats! You are awesome. Isn't it the greatest feeling to see those numbers on the scale pop up when they're less than the day before? I LOVE that! Have fun on your vacation and take lots of pics.

Congratulations on some terrific weight loss, I know it's hard to lose while nursing. Also, love the Carter story, it makes me feel so much more normal to hear these stories because I feel like my life if full of breakdowns. Lastly ( I have been the worst commenter lately so I have to make up for it all at once) so glad you got a second opinion at the dentist. It's really incredible what some want you to do, I won't go into the outrageous cost of a root canal (minimal time, overhead, supplies, etc.) because I know getting teeth pulled is also expensive, but honestly I think dentists do too many root canals esp. when they aren't so sure of their drilling skills. BUT I'm no expert and Lewis would just laugh at me. Too bad you aren't here and he could just do it for you right!!! Ok, that was probably long enough. But have a great trip, your kids are going to be in heaven.

"Weigh" to go--10.2 lb is a good, steady, sustainable rate of weight loss.

Have a BLAST at Disneyland!

Yay! That is such a good feeling. You're doing awesome! Can't wait to hear where you are at in 2 weeks. (However you must cheat at Disneyland and get a corn dog from the red trolley. I know, it sounds questionable - but trust me.)

Well, I always think you look fab, but now at least you're probably feeling fab! It's a good feeling, and hopefully will give you the encouragment to keep going and meeting all those goals. Post natal weight loss is so hard! I'm proud of you (and some day will need your moral support!)
