Yesterday was the last day of school for Carter. I can't believe his preschool years are behind us and we move on to the elementary adventure! We were able to attend his class party yesterday, which was fun, as always. He has really thrived at preschool this year and I really credit his teacher for guiding us and giving him lots of supplemental material to do at home. This is his teacher and the classroom aide. I am crossing my fingers that they are still working together at the school in 2 years when I'm ready to put
Makenna into a 4 year old class.
With the gift for one of the teachers. We just did a mini rosebush with a gift card and a note about all the things C loved about school this year. Pretty simple but both teachers really seemed to love it.

He seems really excited to be out for the summer but asks me every day how many more days until he starts Kindergarten!

The rose buch is a cute idea. I will put that in my file. Carter looks so handsome holding it. I can't believe how fast our kids are growing up. Wasn't it just yesterday you were a member of the SACC? (wasn't that you called it when you found out you were pg?) OMG...time flies. C will love kindergarten.

It is amazing to think that our babies will be in KinderG next year. These years have gone by way too fast. I think it is wonderful that you guys had such a positive Preschool experience. I will for sure call you and we can tear up together over the change we have ahead.
Great idea for a teacher gift! I can't believe he is done with Preschool! He looks like such a little guy to me. It's always hard to send off your first to Kindergarten, but he will do great. Good job Carter & Mom!

I'm filing away everyone's cute teacher gift ideas since our last day is still a week away. Carter looks so grown up and handsome! Can you believe we are on to Kindergarten this year? Wow!
