I have NO idea why it has not occurred to me until now to try braids in Makenna's hair. We have been playing "beauty parlor" from the couch the past couple days. This is by far her favorite new style. Today when I braided her hair she looked in the mirror and said, "oooohhh.. they're so beautiful." When I put her bows in she said, "oooohhhh... they're so beautiful and now with my cute little bows." SUCH a girl. I hope and pray she doesn't want to cut her hair any time soon!

I L-O-V-E, LOVE braids - I can't braid my own hair no matter how hard I try, or I would. Makenna looks SUPER ADORABLE with her braids - and I love her reaction to them, so cute! That third picture makes me think of Carter - I didn't think your kids looked alike, but I see it all of a sudden with her hair pulled back!
Oh my goodness, that is so way super cute!!! And I LOVE her outfit too. Cuteness all the way! She looks like a little model. Fun girliness!
