Priceless

12 Weeks of Ballet/ Tap Combo = $148

Leotards and Tights = $37

New Ballet and Tap Shoes = $45

Making your Mom's dreams come true = Priceless

Yesterday was FINALLY the first day of Makenna's dance class (we were off by a week). And it was truly the cutest thing ever. She totally LOVED it. Half the class is ballet and they practiced plie's, kicks, pointing toes, etc. The second half is tap and they practice shuffles and ball changes (hilarious). They even have a little tap number they are learning for the holiday recital.

Ever since I was a little girl I've dreamed of having MY little girl in dance. So that is how this is a dream come true for me. I love it. I hope she loves to dance as much as I did. And seeing the cost of the this one little dance class has sure put into perspective for me the tens of thousands of dollars my parents must have shelled out for dance classes for me and my 2 sisters (we were a BIG dance family). As a teen I sometimes took 3 different classes every week. So thanks mom and dad for always letting me pursue my interests and dreams!!

Way, way, way cute. I can totally relate - I was in dance for years, and was on the dance team in high school (ohhhh, the memories). I too have dreamed for years of having a daughter in dance, and cannot wait for Isabel to start next year!

Kenna,
What a beautiful ballerina you will be. I remember well the mother/daughter banter regarding what's involved in getting adanced to toe shoes! Seems like hard work is part of the equation! But, for now, just have fun and amaze you parents and Carter with your cute smile and pinkness!

Love,

Grandma B!

Way too fun! I'm jealous, I guess I need to look into some classes for the girls. I though they were still too young. She looks adorable!
